Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

• —Metro cities (Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• —Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• —Remote areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• —Orders above Rs. 499: Free shipping
• —Orders below Rs. 499: Flat Rs. 49 shipping fee

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account on karnella.com.

Packaging

All Karnella products are packed in nitrogen-flushed, food-grade packaging to ensure freshness during transit. Products are securely packed to prevent damage during delivery.
